Generate contracts in bulk from Google Sheets
Every hiring round means editing dozens of near-identical contracts by hand — and typos in names or amounts. With MergeDoc you keep one contract template in Google Docs, the details in Google Sheets, and create every contract in one click.
Free for 50 files a month, no card needed. Pro $5/month or $39/year, unlimited.
How to do it in 4 steps
- List people in Google Sheets: name, ID, role, salary, start date…
- Open your contract template in Google Docs and replace the blanks with tags like {{Name}}, {{Salary}}.
- In MergeDoc, choose "Both" to get an editable Google Doc and a PDF to send.
- Click Run: one contract per person, with links written back to your sheet.
