Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. Sign in with Google and create up to 50 files a month for free, with no watermark.
What counts as a file?
Each Google Doc or PDF that MergeDoc creates. With output set to both, one row makes two files.
How does emailing work?
On Pro, choose the column that holds each person's email address. MergeDoc attaches that row's PDF and sends it from send@getmergedoc.com with replies going to you, up to 200 emails a day.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the link in your Polar receipt; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If MergeDoc does not work for you, email support@getmergedoc.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Who handles the payment?
Polar (polar.sh) is our merchant of record. It processes the card payment, taxes and invoices; we never see your card number.
